The global Internet as most know, is being overtly used for #InformationWarfare on other nations including the USA such as by [mis]use of global #SocialMedia such as #Twitter by #China with one of known #Chinese #Communist #Party affiliates on #Twitter’s Board of Directors. China has also made Twitter inaccessible to its own citizens: that is the literal definition of #Asymmetric #Information #Warfare. #RussianInternet is led by #NatalyaKaspersky, ex-wife of #Eugene #Kaspersky, & co-founder of global security software company of same name many know. While blatant #corruption focused #SocialInfluence of China is widely known, Russia may also need attention. For example, #Kaspersky had highlighted former #US #NationalSecurity #Advisor on one of its brand panels.
