In fact, we even worked directly with #DoubleClick, the #Advertising #SearchEngine later acquired by Google when IBM approached us in 1998 with help of world-leader in global #Digital #Advertising Ogilvy given our world-leading #KnowledgeManagement #Network. As a matter of fact, our #Coopetition-driven collaboration with #DoubleClick goes much earlier in 1990s when we had contacted #DoubleClick Co-Founders to shut off specific Web Sites on their Network who were #plagiarizing our #Digital #IP. As Computerworld’s globally top-ranked Digital site-Search Engine-Social Network, we were invited by world-leading #SiliconValley #AngelInvestor #Network to guide and lead the #SandHillRoad #VentureCapitalists and the #SiliconValley CEOs when we made our first #Billion-#Dollar #pitch to one of those VCs for #Funding.
With above preface establishing our depth-and-breadth of understanding of the above industry context as one of the longest-term global Digital industry pioneer and #SiliconValley-#WallStreet-#Pentagon-#Global Digital CEO-CxO practices leaders for over 30-years, we strongly believe that despite the specific concerns expressed by the various #regulators, #Google #BreakUp Shouldn’t Be On Top of the #US #DepartmentOfJustice #DoJ #AntiTrust Chopping Block.
We must however underscore that just like other top global #Trillion-#Dollar #Tech companies, #Google [as well as others] can and should do a whole lot more to not only encourage healthy #Competition for the #GreaterGood of the Global #Tech #Users who generate the #Trillions in #Revenues and #Tech #Developers who build the foundational technologies powering above #Revenues. Given the global economic stresses including global inflation and the ongoing global economic structural changes challenging most of the worldwide users, developers, and #SmallBusiness #Entrepreneurs, we expect a whole lot more from #Global #Trillion #Dollar #Tech #Firms to pay-it-back as well as pay-it-forward as #Symbiotic #Citizens and #Stalwarts of the #Global #Economy and NOT as #Predatory #Parasites.
However, in the current #Global #Competition of the #Global #Trillion #Dollar #Tech #Mega-#Corporations, #Google in its current form, provides the #Critical #Competitive #Balance w.r.t. other #Trillion #Dollar #MegaCorporations that should be subject to similar if not greater scrutiny. If #Google Should be Broken Up, then Those Should be Broken Up First, given their Public Track Record on same exact issues being held against #Google for the #BreakUp #Decision!
