Do such #semantic #games really matter? Aren’t real, not hypothetical, #outcomes and specific #evidence of #causal #factors quite clear on what happened: US global national commercial #aviation systems ground to a halt because of #unauthorized #changes in #files, #database, #software, etc. with ‘introduced’ #errrors that #corrupted the specific files, database, software, etc. in direct #violation of the specific #rules that expressly prohibited those changes!
